We are excited to announce that an agreement has been entered into to acquire Quadlogic Controls Corporation. The acquisition is a win-win-win opportunity for Metergy, Quadlogic and Triacta.

  • Triacta Power Solutions and Quadlogic will become North America's largest provider of revenue-grade multi-point electricity submeters. The Triacta and Quadlogic product lines are complementary, expanding the array of solutions available for your projects.
  • Metergy will become the largest submetering player in NYC and one of the largest submetering organizations in North America.

The Power of Three

Quadlogic, Metergy and Triacta will continue to operate as three separate businesses under their respective brands. Customers of each organization can leverage the combined strengths of the merger by working with each organization as they have in the past.
